Licensed Site Professional (LSP) Services:

Bill Fabbri is an LSP with more than 20 years experience and has helped many clients who have needed LSP services.  “Putting ourselves out of a job” is our motto at WjF.  Projects that we manage and are in the regulatory pipeline, we want to “close out” as quickly as possible.  We listen to our customers’ needs, provide practical options for complying with the Massachusetts Contingency Plan, and work with them to help them make decisions regarding the best way to close out the Site and avoid future liability.  We guide our clients through the MADEP regulatory maze, get and / or keep our clients in regulatory compliance, and do so without breaking the bank.  WjF personnel make closures a priority and close an average of 20 projects per year. 

 

WjF provides LSP services to homeowners who find themselves confronted with the complex issues surrounding leaking underground fuel oil storage tanks.  As a small business, WjF understands the concerns of homeowners, and can help them deal with insurance issues and in comprehending the steps they must take to meet MCP compliance.
