At Sites where regulatory standards are exceeded, WjF will evaluate the feasibility of progressing towards Site closure using a Method 3 Risk Characterization under the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (the MCP, 310 CMR 40.0000). WjF teams with a Toxicologist in evaluating data / Site conditions when preparing Method 3 Risk Characterizations. This relationship benefits the client in that, under the right conditions, a Method 3 Risk Characterization may obviate the need for remediation.
